  • · During his active carreer as a lawyer, Charles was active in a wide cross section of IP matters including drafting,filing and prosecuting patent, trade-mark, industrial design and copyright applications, IP validity and infringement opinions, negotiating and drafting IP license agreements, litigation and trade-mark opposition work and IP mediations (as both counsel and mediator)
  • · For most of his time in practice, Charles was also actively involved in firm management issues.
